In alignment with its mandate to address the digital divide, the Universal Service Fund (USF) is implementing the Broadband Mapping and Digital Literacy Programme (BMDLP). This programme aims not only to identify areas lacking broadband connectivity throughout Malawi but also to provide communities, particularly those in unserved and underserved regions, with vital digital skills.
By enhancing digital literacy, the programme enables individuals to utilize digital tools and services safely and effectively, while encouraging broader adoption of ICT solutions that foster innovation, inclusion, and socio-economic advancement.
